Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR-related role
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and data-driven HR
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and digital communication tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic with a positive attitude
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in a tech or startup environment is a plus
- Willing to relocate and work from Bali
- Able to join immediately
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee contracts
- Handle daily HR administration: attendance, employee database, reporting, and document filing
- Administer compensation, benefits, and BPJS; coordinate with third parties (e.g., hospitals, outsourcing vendors)
- Maintain employee relations, resolve conflicts, and support disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations
- Support employee development through coaching, one-on-one meetings, and training initiatives
- Assist with performance appraisals, engagement programs, and internal communications
- Maintain HRIS (Talenta) and project tools (e.g., ActiveCollab); prepare HR reports as needed
- Support General Affairs (GA) activities and daily HR operations
Job Descriptions
- Record and manage daily financial transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Process payroll, including tax (PPh 21, 23, 25) and BPJS administration
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Monitor sales invoices and payment timelines
- Maintain financial data using accounting systems (Jurnal, Talenta, etc.)
- Support internal and external financial audits
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience handling AP & AR processes
- Familiar with accounting software (Mekari Talenta, Jurnal, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines
