As a Finance specialist, you will play a key role in managing the company’s financial activities from daily transactions to financial reporting. You ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes while supporting business growth with reliable data and insights.

This is what your work looks like:

Managing daily financial transactions
Preparing accurate monthly financial reports
Handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Managing payroll, tax reporting, and employee compensation
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Supporting budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
Using accounting tools to streamline financial processes

Job Description:

Record and manage daily financial transactions
Prepare monthly financial statements
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Process payroll, including tax (PPh 21, 23, 25) and BPJS administration
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Monitor sales invoices and payment timelines
Maintain financial data using accounting systems (Jurnal, Talenta, etc.)
Support internal and external financial audits

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience handling AP & AR processes
Familiar with accounting software (Mekari Talenta, Jurnal, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
Able to work independently and manage deadlines
