What Whello Did
for Zerowaste?
Zerowaste.id is more than just an online store as it also supports a zero-waste lifestyle, plus educates and inspires people to live more sustainably through their informative articles.
Focusing on reducing textile waste since 2019, Zero Waste Indonesia needed a website that works both as a blog and as an e-commerce store. The online shop was built with automatic shipping cost calculations, and a payment gateway that supports many payment channels.
Summary about this project:

The Process
At Whello, every project kicks off with a big team brainstorming session where ideas flow, strategies align, and the vision takes shape.
From there, our design team brings the concept to life, crafting website designs that go through thoughtful revisions until everything feels just right. Once approved, the designs are handed over to our developers, who transform them into a fully functional, responsive website.
When the site goes live, our content and SEO specialists step in to optimize pages so the website not only looks great but also performs brilliantly in search results.
Finally, with all elements ready, our SEM/Ads team launches powerful campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads—or other channels based on the client’s needs—to drive traffic, boost visibility, and deliver real results.

The Challenge
At Whello, we believe that every project comes with its own unique challenges. But that’s exactly what keeps us sharp. No matter the obstacle, our team is always ready to tackle it head-on.
From the very beginning, we make sure to kick off with a full-team brainstorming session. This isn’t just about sharing ideas but also about aligning visions. By setting a clear, common goal, every team member knows exactly what to do and how their role contributes to the bigger picture.

The Team Behind the Project

Gede – Designer
Before any development begins, the designer crafts the website’s design. After several rounds of revisions to perfect the look and feel, the designer will hand over the final design and assets to the web development team.

Grafis – Webdeveloper
Once the design is ready, Grafis transforms visuals into a fully functional website. For Zero Waste Indonesia, he built the site using WordPress CMS to ensure flexibility and scalability.

Dila – Copywriter
After the website goes live, Dila and the content team step in to fill it with relevant, engaging content. She also ensures that every piece is optimized for SEO, making the website easy to find on Google.

Ridha – SEO Specialist
Ridha continuously monitors and improves the site’s SEO performance. From boosting visibility to driving targeted traffic and conversions, he makes sure the website achieves its goals and keeps growing.
Collaboration
At Whello, we believe that every project comes with its own set of challenges. No matter the hurdles, our team is always ready to tackle them together.
Right from the start, we kick things off with a full-team brainstorming session. This ensures that everyone is aligned with the same vision and goals. With clarity from day one, each team member knows exactly what to do and how their contribution fits into the bigger picture.
The Result
Today, Zero Waste Indonesia has a responsive, SEO-friendly online store that perfectly reflects their brand identity. From the color palette to the layout, every design choice was tailored to match their vision.
The impact? Their business information is now easy to find online, making it simpler for potential customers to connect with them and ultimately boosting sales and growth.
